These may include:
* Non-Supported Operating Systems
* Not having Advanced Threat Protection
* Emailing ePHI in an Unencrypted Format
* Not having Monitoring for Servers and Workstations
* Not having a Firewall with active monitoring capability
* Accessing Computer(s) / Resources through non-encrypted or tunneled connections
* Not having Encrypted, Offsite Backup
