The increased security we get with Premier Care is invaluable!

I have been using Healthy IT since I moved to Long Island and opened my practice in 2011. They came highly recommended to me by a dental colleague. I chose to work with them due to this recommendation and because they specialized in dental practices. Over the past 10 years, I have had problems with my computers, Dentrix software, systems being down, etc. Healthy IT has always addressed the issues ASAP, which has allowed me to continue working. I have heard stories from other colleagues in the dental field who had to completely shut down their offices for a period of time due to IT problems. This has never happened to me, which is why I have full confidence and trust in this company. I am part of their Premier Care plan, which gives me increased security in the wake of cyberattacks, identity theft, etc. I have never had a security compromise in the office and feel very fortunate, but I believe this in large part is due to Scott and the team at Healthy IT constantly monitoring my systems and backing up my data daily.
